What we process
When you send the form: name, email, optional organisation and the message (including enquiry list and treatment preference). The purpose is to reply to you. The basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
How it is sent
The form is sent to a PHP script on our web host (Hostinger), which forwards it as email to our company address. The script does not store messages in a database.
Abuse protection
To limit abuse the server stores a pseudonymous identifier (a hash of the IP address together with the domain) and a counter in a temporary area outside the website. Five attempts are allowed per 15 minutes, and the files are deleted after the 15-minute window has expired.
How long
Emails are kept as long as needed to follow up the enquiry and any legal requirements. We have not set a specific number of months; you can ask for deletion at any time.
Local storage
Your browser stores the cookie choice, enquiry list, treatment preference and form draft in localStorage. This is not sent to us until you submit the form. No analytics, tracking or marketing cookies are used, and no external fonts or media are loaded.
Sensitive data
Do not send health information or other special categories of personal data. The form does not accept files.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and withdraw consent, by writing to us. You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
